Gautami Palanki, Director at U.S. Green Building Council, leads product development and global implementation of the LEED Dynamic Plaque – a data driven, building performance scoring platform. Prior to USGBC, Gautami was a sustainability consultant and managed design and strategic implementation of energy, water, and resource efficiency initiatives across real estate portfolios.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE FOR MARKET TRANSFORMATION
Cliff Majersik is the executive director of the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT), a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC, that promotes energy efficiency in buildings. Under his leadership, IMT has expanded its work nationally and internationally, and become a recognized leader in the energy efficiency field.

Writer Kira Gould, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, is director of communications for William McDonough + Partners, and works from the firm’s San Francisco studio. Kira is co-author, with Lance Hosey, of Women in Green: Voices of Sustainable Design (Ecotone Publishing).

Ted worked with DPR Construction for 18 years. He continues to work in the industry, driving the market toward darker green projects with a renewed emphasis on process improvement, innovation in green technology and education.
DIRECTOR, COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE HANNON ARMSTRONG CAPITAL
Parker White is based in Washington D.C. and leads origination and execution of investments into commercial real estate opportunities with a negative or neutral net carbon footprint. Hannon Armstrong provides debt, equity, and PACE financing to the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets.

Nils Kok is the CEO and co-founder of GRESB, a leading global benchmark to assess the sustainability performance of real assets, including real estate portfolios and infrastructure assets. GRESB has rated more than 1,000 REITs and funds on behalf of more than 60 institutional investors that on aggregate represent some USD6 trillion.
