Our Platform and Support Teams Remain Available
We expect to continue delivery of our services. Our engineering teams will be vigilant to maintain a highly-available software for you, and our customer success teams will be accessible via email, phone, and video conferencing. Working From Home?
We understand that many of you may soon be working from home, and will therefore be relying more on the Aquicore platform to remotely monitor your buildings and equipment. We are ready to provide additional training and to partner with you to establish new alerting so you feel confident in your visibility into your buildings. In-Progress Installation Projects
At this time, we see no impact to our current schedule of installations, and site visits will continue as planned. We are taking additional precautions to ensure that we adhere to stringent health and safety guidelines, and will notify you immediately should conditions change.
