Almost there! We are getting closer to the end of ESG reporting season 2021.
With major ESG reporting deadlines on the horizon through July, we know that this time of year can involve burning the midnight oil. Many ESG reporting deadlines also happily coincide with local energy benchmarking deadlines. Fortunately, there is some overlap in the data you need to gather; ESG reporting and energy benchmarking compliance both require whole-building energy consumption data at the building and portfolio levels.
For those of us working across geographical boundaries, it can be hard to keep track of all of the relevant deadlines. With that in mind, we’ve compiled the top upcoming submission dates for ESG reporting and local energy benchmarking that you need to know in 2021.
Many of these deadlines stay consistent from year to year, so keep this list on hand as a quick reference to revisit in 2022 and beyond.
