Shawn Thompson Joins Aquicore To Lead Product Teams And Expand Offerings For Customers

Today Aquicore, the emerging leader in connected environments – using Internet of Things technologies to transform real estate environments – has named Shawn Thompson as Vice President of Product and Operations. Thompson joins Aquicore from Opower, where he created and led the Product group responsible for client-specific development, and previously held leadership positions with Google, YouTube, Portal Software, and Accenture.

Prior to his time with Opower, he worked in Product and Operations leadership positions at Google where he was responsible for defining global platform and tools, process, policy and training for the company’s search quality operations teams.
