We are on fire, if we do say so ourselves. Our win for DC Inno's 50 on Fire in the Technology and Cybersecurity category marks our third award in as many months and we couldn't be prouder. Each year, DC Inno’s “50 on Fire” awards recognize
outstanding businesses, organizations and individuals that are heating up the scene in D.C. across six diverse categories. With several key partnerships, hefty product updates, and new features added to it to the Aquicore platform, we've been hard at work this year and we're not stopping any time soon.
“We are honored to be recognized among the top technology innovators in the greater Washington D.C. region,” said Logan Soya, CEO and founder of Aquicore. “Aquicore aims to be a driving force of innovation for the D.C. area, and be a recognized national leader in commercial real estate software.”
Get a load of what we've been up to in the second half of 2018:
In June, we launched a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. The app is free to Aquicore clients and facilitates up-to-the-minute asset intelligence, allowing property and engineering teams to access building data in real time.
In July, we released new patented, self-installing IoT hardware devices – the Aquicore Bridge and Aquicore Hub – that expedites the installation process, alleviating costs for companies.
This fall, we released our new optimal start time tool which leverages a complex algorithm to send suggestions to users based on outdoor temperature, equipment efficiency, insulation levels, utility tariff schedules and lease hour. The tool ultimately maximizes tenant comfort and allows building engineers to make more informed decisions.
On top of expanding and improving our product capabilities, we've grown our sphere of influence in the CRE tech space over by establishing strategic partnerships with such leading companies as Healthy Buildings International, MeteoViva and TZOA.
