With major ESG reporting deadlines on the horizon through July, we know that this time of year can involve burning the midnight oil. Many ESG reporting deadlines also happily coincide with local energy benchmarking deadlines. Fortunately, there is some overlap in the data you need to gather; ESG reporting and energy benchmarking compliance both require whole-building energy consumption data at the building and portfolio levels.
